About FNQ Health Co.

FNQ Health Co. is a health & wellness centre based in Yorkey’s Knob FNQ (Far North Queensland). They’re a bunch of superstar health professionals that have collaboratively come together, with the mission to offer the best health care possible. They’ve created an uplifting and inspiring space to work with their clientele on in their health care journey. They offer a variety of services including Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and a range of health services to come.

The Collaboration & Results

We were introduced to Lisa from FNQ Health Co. by our good friend Jack O’Brien from Clinic Mastery. Lisa came to us with an existing business called FNQ Massage & Therapy, but decided to pivot and take the business in a new direction that would open up more doors of opportunity to offer a greater range of products & services. FNQ Health Co. was born. Lisa had the majority of her branding collateral already in place and this helped give us an idea of the style of her brand. Although her old site was on Wix we promptly shifted her off that and her domain from GoDaddy to our super fast hosting provider. This was also so we could have everything together in one place to help streamline things.

After an initial strategy session over the phone the goals for the website were clear. Lisa had a good grasp on what she wanted in terms of site structure and we liaised regularly via email where we helped direct her with her content. After a few rounds of changes and design tweaks to incorporate her new floral background design, we are proud to see the website no come into line with her new branding and shop front!

We are so proud of this one. We love how clean crisp and professional the site has turned out. The seamless integration with her Cliniko booking system is making it a breeze for customers to book online. We have also put the foundation in for when Lisa is ready to take her business to an eCommerce level and start sell products.

Plus! And on a total geeky note this is one of the quickest sites we’ve ever built. With an impressive load time of 1.8 seconds! Now that’s creating a great user experience. I am sure Google will love her site for it too.

After her first year with Newcastle Creative Co. Lisa had grown her clinic with new staff PLUS a new location! At that point she felt it was time to expand her online presence too and signed up to our eCommerce website upgrade to add nutrition packages & other relevant products. We look forward to seeing Lisa and the team crush some online sales over the next 12 months & beyond!
